Meet Sardo, Chief of the Kalinago Tribe

Augustine “Sardo” Sutherland Kalinago Tribe As a descendant of the Indigenous Kalinago Tribe of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, ‘Sardo’ strongly upholds and illuminates the culture and traditions of his ancestors to the Vincentian populace. He is a very experienced Technician, Consultant, and Educator in the field of Cosmetology who became the Founder of the Kalinago Tribe brand and the mastermind behind the Kalinago Tribe Essential Oils.

‘Kalinago’ is the name of the indigenous tribe of St.Vincent and the Grenadines who inhabited the country before colonization by the British. They are revered for their infamous and courageous Chief who led the Tribe in the war against the British Empire and became the country’s first National Hero: Chief Joseph Chatoyer.
